How it works

Apply and get your link
Send us your details once you are signed in. Once your application is approved you get a short referral code and a personal link of the form /r/XXXXXXXX that carries it.
Step 2
Share it with people who are looking
Post it, send it in a group, or hand it to somebody who asked you about a plot. The link can point at a specific estate rather than just the homepage.
Step 3
We attribute the enquiry to you
When someone arrives through your link and then submits an enquiry or books a site inspection, the platform credits that lead to your code automatically. First link wins: a later link never takes credit from an earlier one.
Step 4
A commission is recorded when they buy
Once a sale through one of your leads is confirmed, a commission is recorded against you and appears on your dashboard with its status. Settlement happens directly with our finance team.
